SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations HELLITYN STORE ships to Italy and internationally. Shipping availability and rates may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Any applicable promotions for free shipping will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

6. Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. HELLITYN STORE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages HELLITYN STORE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building reception
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Reach out to us at storetech@virgilio.it and we will do our best to assist you

8. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at storetech@virgilio.it with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. HELLITYN STORE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at storetech@virgilio.it — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
