5. Orders and Payments We reserve the right to refuse any order placed. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the accepted payment methods available on the site.
6. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise stated.
